Risk Assessment  Before filming anything you will need to fill in a risk assessment form. ➤The form consists of ➤hazard references ➤hard descriptions ➤people at risk ➤initials assessment ➤control measures ➤residual risks ➤and actions / comments All of these boxes need to be filled in, going into detail in all of these are crutial and you will need to think of every hazard possible even if it sounds silly. →Firstly, you will look at the hazard identification reference and chose which letter relates most to what you're doing. →For example I chose to film at a swimming pool so the reference box I would have chosen in ( m ) which is other. →Next you'll need to fill in the hazard description box.
